ELK Promotions, Inc. offers varioius shipping carriers to deliver your goods worldwide. We do our best to choose reputable carriers that are reliable, dependable and will do their best to deliver your package in good condition.
Lost Packages
From time to time, a carrier may lose a package during transit. If such case occurs, ELK will, at its descretion, reship or refund your order.
Missing Packages
ELK Promotions IS NOT responsible for any package reported as "Delivered" but becomes missing regardless of whether a signature was aquired at time of delivery. Such cases include, but is not limited to, packages left on porch, left with neighbor, left with personel at delivery location, etc. If you desire a signature at time of delivery, please request such service at time of purchase by contacting an ELK representative immediately following submission of your order.
Shipping Rates
ELK negotiates rates will common carriers and offers competitive rates. At times, a person or entity may require us to use a carrier not listed on our site and/or their own account number. In such cases, handling fees may apply.
Shipping Methods
"Ground Shipping" is standard service. Orders generally deliver in 1-7 business days once an item is shipped. Ground shipping includes, but is not limited to, UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS or a combination, thereof.
Although we make every effort to provide accurate shipping costs, any special handling that your shipment requires may change your shipping rate. In such case, an ELK representative will contact your for additional payment. Such cases include, but is not limited to, rural locations, high-value orders that require additional insurance, signature required shipments and LTL shipments.
Expedited / Guranteed Delivery Options
Once a package has left our facility, ELK is not responsible for any delay in transit for any reason due to carrier issues or acts of nature. Expedited delivery fees will NOT be refunded for issues beyond our control usless said shipping fees are refunded to ELK by the shipping carrier.
